Ever since I was about six months old, I've had super frizzy, curly hair. When I was growing up, my mum used to make me get it cut really short so I had a little afro. Now I am older and in charge of my hair, I have let it grow to a length I love, but more hair means it's harder to manage.
There are four main products I have to use every time I wash and style my hair to make it nice and sleek. All of these products come from the John Frieda Frizz Ease range - totally incredible!
- John Frieda Shampoo - I apply shampoo like any other person would, this is basically the most simple part of my hair care routine.
- John Frieda Conditioner - When I apply my conditioner, I leave it on for about 3 or 4 minutes. This acts kind of like a hair mask (even though I do a hair mask once a week because I use a lot of heat products).
- John Frieda 3 Day Straight Spray - I never straighten my hair when it's wet, and I never blow dry it either because it makes my hair even more frizzy, so I just towel dry it and let it dry naturally. But, whilst it's still a bit wet, I spray this all over my hair and leave it in.
- John Frieda Serum - When my hair is completely dry, I apply 2 pumps of this serum all over my hair, working it into the areas where I have the most frizz. Once I have done this, I just straighten my hair and I am done!
